Jun Ling He is licensed and certified as a Permanent Make-Up artist who has worked in Hong Kong China, New York and Michigan. She specializes in permanent make-up and skin care. She graduated from Hong Kong Beauty College in 1993. She has over 31 years of experience and is one the cutting edge of the latest and best products and techniques in her field.
Her most important wish and her most important purpose is to give her clients confidence in their appearance. She does this by providing her clients with the very best in cosmetic facial treatments. She doesn't want anyone to feel depressed about the way they look!
The first thing she does when a client comes to her, is to ask the client about their self. She asks what the client wants to have done to their face - what their happy with about their face and what they are not satisfied with about their face. Then, she asks the client what procedure they would like to have done and why. She asks the client what results the client expects from facial treatment(s). She then determines if the goal is realistic or unrealistic and explains to the client exactly what she can accomplish.
Along with her explanation, she will show the client photos of "before" and "after" results she has accomplished with former and current clients. Showing the notebook portfolio of what she has done for her clients helps demonstrate what can be done.
"I carefully analyze the woman’s facial features. I look at the eyebrows, eyes, and lips. I study the client’s skin for tone and texture, making notes of any and all skin imperfections. I determine how I can achieve the “perfect look” for you and I give my recommendation."
